We don't store any vulnerable data such as credit card information, personal information, addresses, phone numbers etc to ward-off malicious use or theft. Transpacific Follows a strict system on “data backups” daily data backups are stored in the office and at a remote location. We also deploy state- of- the art firewall security Suite including anti-virus and anti-spyware suits on our servers as well as client machines. Anti Source code theft policy One of the prime reasons for source code leak or theft is through “Black Sheep” employees. Transpacific believes in “Zero Tolerance” in such cases. To effectively check such incidents prior to recruiting, an employee credibility is thoroughly checked. The prospective employee undergoes a “pre-employment screening” where in an employee has to submit a host of records including qualification details, acquaintances, references, proof of residence etc. Only on successful verification of the records through our third-party agency the employee is cleared for employment. TransPacific has also made mandatory on each employee to sign secrecy clause which is embedded in their appointment letter, apart from it Transpacific conducts a separate verification with employee's previous employer. Worst case, if there is a primary evidence towards employee been indulging in malicious activity, Transpacific has a team of expert attorneys/lawyers who are set to proceed against such as employee through applicable Indian Penal code & The information technology Act 2000. Due to formulation of such hard measures there has not been a single incident of code or data theft since the inception of Transpacific software Pvt.
